There are three meetings scheduled for this evening in the City of Two Rivers.
First up will be the Police and Fire Commission, who will convene in the Council Chambers in City Hall at 5:00 PM.
Their entire meeting will be held in a closed session, where they will appoint an acting Fire Captain, establish the eligibility list for Police Officers, promote two Police Officers to Sergeant, and discuss Fire Department personnel matters.
Then, at 6:00 PM in the Koska Room in the JE Hamilton Community House, the Advisory Recreation Board will gather.
They will discuss a potential fee adjustment for residential mowing, and Phase 2 of the upgrade for the Neshotah Beach Playground equipment.
At the same time, the Lester Public Library Board of Trustees will convene in the Community Room for a meeting.
After receiving reports from the City Council, School District, and County representatives, they will get an update on COVID-19 and will perform a policy review for their outreach collections.
They will also review their strategic plan, and will discuss moving a portion of the gift fund to the Lester Public Library Foundation.
