An Appleton man has been found guilty on charges stemming from a methamphetamine bust in Fond du Lac County in 2019.
The investigation into 45-year-old Tony Weaver began when he fled from police while they attempted to pull him over on I-41 in April of 2019. Weaver ran a red light at the Highway 151 off-ramp, narrowly missing cross traffic in the process, but he was eventually caught.
Weaver was found to be in possession of nearly a pound of Meth, which police estimate to be worth roughly $43,000.
Weaver was charged with a litany of charges, including Possession of Methamphetamine with Intent to Deliver, Possession of THC, and Drug Paraphernalia, and Eluding an Officer among others.
