A former Manitowoc County Board member has passed away.
County Executive Bob Ziegelbauer announced yesterday (July 8th) that Joseph Dworak, who served as a supervisor from 1982 through 1986, has died.
In his honor, flags at county buildings will fly at half staff this coming Saturday, July 10th.
