Ashley Furniture is looking at just over $19,000 in fines following the death of a worker at its Arcadia facility.
The worker died in December after they were hit by a large moving board. OSHA slapped Ashley with three major violations, including a claim that the company didn’t make sure employees shut down their machines before working with them.
