The Two Rivers Historical Society has teamed up with the Washington House and Museum to start a new fundraiser entitled Chairs for Repairs.
The premise of the program is simple, if you have an old chair in your home that you no longer need, simply decorate the chair to your liking, and donate it to the Washington House.
The chairs will then be on display during Ethnic Fest on September 18th, where they will be auctioned off.
The silent auction will run from 9:00 until 2:00 PM.
