Some more details have come out regarding the barn fire yesterday morning.
Crews from the Chilton Fire Department and Calumet County Sheriffs Department first reported to the barn at Highway 151 and Townhall Road at 11:30 Wednesday evening (June 30th).
The inferno was eventually upgraded to a four-alarm fire, and an estimated 1.4 million gallons of water were hauled to the scene.
The section of 151 around the area was closed off to traffic until around 8:30 AM as crews battled the fire.
Despite the large nature of the fire, there were no injuries reported.
It is not clear yet the financial damage that was caused, or what started the fire.
