For those who have debated on a career with the Sheboygan Fire Department, you are in luck, as the Department announced recently that they will be hosting their first-ever citizen academy this fall.
This training course will give citizens the chance to experience firsthand what it’s like to be a firefighter.
The nine-week academy will take place on Wednesdays starting on September 1st, and will run from 6:00 until 9:00 PM.
Most of the classes will be held at the Fire Department headquarters, located at 1326 North 25th Street.
