An Appleton man will spend 10 months in jail after he was convicted on a charge of running a drug house with his father.
20-year-old Ryan Hostettler was found guilty due to a no-contest plea in the case and was given the jail sentence and three years of extended supervision by Judge Emily Lonergan.
Police had been investigating the home of 49-year-old Jon Hostettler and his son Ryan in the 1000 block of West Spring Street for about a year before they executed a search warrant in July of last year.
The warrant was issued after an overdose death was connected to the home.
