
A 25-year-old Kimberly man has been charged with his 3rd OWI after he reportedly crashed in Appleton.
Officers with the Appleton Police Department were dispatched to address a reckless driver on Highway 441 at around 6:40 AM on Monday (June 28th).
The driver reportedly struck the wall between 441 and southbound I-41, exited, and proceeded onto North Richmond Street.
He then entered a roundabout, where he lost control and struck a pole, resulting in a tire coming off the car.
The tire ended up striking the nearby Associated Bank.
The man was transported to Theda Appleton for medical clearance before being arrested on charges of 3rd Offense OWI, and Possession of Methamphetamine and Drug Paraphernalia.
