A man has died after he was found unresponsive in a Door County Lake.
The Door County Sheriff’s Department was called to Clark Lake near Grady Road in the Town of Sevastopol at around 8:00 PM on Saturday (June 26th) on a report of a person in distress.
After searching for about half an hour, first responders were able to locate the man, who was unresponsive, and pulled him from the water.
The man, only identified as a 24-year-old, was taken to the Door County Medical Center, where he was later pronounced dead.
The incident remains under investigation, and no other information on the victim is being released at this time.
