There are three meetings on the docket this evening in Manitowoc.
First up with be the Manitowoc Public Library Nominating Committee who will gather at 3:30 in the Balkansky Room in the Library. After allowing the public time to voice their comments, the Committee will establish a full slate of officers for the upcoming year.
Then, at 4:00 PM, the Board of Public Works will convene in the Council Chambers, where they will take bids to lay new sidewalks on North 8th Street. They will also go over their agreement with Hamann Construction on the window replacement project at the Lincoln Park Fieldhouse.
And closing out the evening will be the Plan Commission, who will take over in the Council Chambers at 6:00 PM. They will be looking over a request for Lamar Advertising to place an animated billboard at 4744 South Rapids Road and looking over an ordinance to create a section of the municipal code related to murals.
