Masks are no longer required in the Manitowoc County Courthouse.
A statement was issued on Friday by the Manitowoc County Circuit Court Judges, where they cite conversations they had with the Manitowoc County Health Department, which showed high county-wide vaccination rates and low county-wide COVID-19 infection rates.
They also pointed to CDC guidance as they decided to made wearing a mask optional in the building.
That does include the courtrooms, as well as in the halls, and entrance area.
