Dontae Payne
One of the two people who were arrested after allegedly killing a Kaukauna man now knows when his trial will begin.
26-year-old Dontae Payne will be in court in Appleton on November 9th for the start of a four-day trial. He faces charges of First-Degree Intentional Homicide and Armed Robbery for the death of Brian Porche in Late March.

Tanya Stammer
The other suspect in the case, 29-year-old Tanya Stammer, was deemed not mentally competent to stand trial, so she will be back in court on August 16th for a review hearing.
The duo is believed to have targeted Porsche. They reportedly entered his home, Payne shot him, and they made the scene appear as though a robbery had occurred.
They also allegedly took his keys and phone and disposed of them in Lake Winnebago.
