Both Manitowoc Lincoln and Valders saw their softball seasons come to an end last night.
The Ships were dominated by top-seeded Oshkosh West, losing 10-0 in five innings.
The Ships were only able to produce three hits, those coming off the bats of Delany Ganger, Kailee Ansorge, and Kendra Wech (WECK).
The Vikings meanwhile fell 3-1 to Chilton, with all three Tigers runs coming in the 3rd inning.
Julia Zabel was the only Valders batter to get a hit, as she drove in Hunter Romauld in the 5th inning.
Madalyn Lambert had a great day on the mound, despite taking the loss. She pitched every inning for the Vikings, striking out 11 batters while giving up only 4 hits, and walking only one.
Valders ends their season with a record of 14-9, while Chilton advances to the Sectional Semi-finals where they will battle Winnebago Lutheran.
