All four of the people who were arrested late last year for allegedly attempting to cover up an overdose death by burning the body have pleaded not guilty.
The body of Stephanie Greenspon was located inside an abandoned vehicle, which had been set on fire on the Menominee Reservation on August 18th, 2020.
The criminal complaint indicates that Timothy Snider Jr was the ringleader of the cover-up attempt, with Keith Wilber, Emerson Reed, and Kayla Childs all taking part.
Snider had reportedly supplied Greenspon the heroin that she overdosed on and has been charged with the Distribution of a Controlled Substance Obstruction of Justice, and Use of Communications to Aid a Narcotics Offense.
Wilber and Reed were both charged with Arson in Connection with a Felony, and those two, along with Childs were charged with Misprison of a Felony.
That means that they saw or knew of a felony crime occurring and failed to inform authorities. A joint trial date has been set for August 16th.
