A residential fire took place on Manitowoc’s west side yesterday afternoon (June 14th).
The Manitowoc Fire/Rescue Department was called to the 3900 block of Rock Street at around 1:45 PM and found that the fire had started behind the home.
It then climbed into the attic of the building, causing extensive damage to that portion of the home.
Crews were on the scene until around 4:00 PM.
There have been no reported injuries.
The cause of the fire is still under investigation.
