A vehicle that was stolen in the City of Manitowoc this morning was involved in a police chase, that ended with one suspect in custody.
We reached out to Major Jason Orth with the Manitowoc County Sheriff’s Department, who confirmed that the truck was located in Two Rivers, and the police began to chase the suspect.
The truck ended up in the ditch about 100 yards from Brown’s of Two Rivers, near the intersection of Highway 310 and Mirro Drive.
The yet unnamed suspect fled on foot but was apprehended a short time later.
The Two Rivers Police Department is expected to release more information sometime today.
