A man facing charges in a traffic crash incident from 2018 has been found guilty due to a no-contest plea.
54-year-old Terence Cisler was charged with Homicide by Vehicle while Using a Controlled Substance, but that charge was recently amended to Homicide by Negligent Operation of a Vehicle.
Cisler reportedly smoked marijuana before he got into his car and began driving in the town of Eaton.
Cisler reportedly turned left while on Highway 29, pulling in front of a motorcycle that was being driven by 57-year-old Rodney Bosdeck.
Bosdeck, who officials say was not wearing a helmet, died in the crash.
Cisler admitted to police that he had smoked marijuana about 8 hours prior to the crash, and a blood test confirmed there was still THC in his system.
Cisler could spend up to 10 years in prison for his actions.
