Charges have officially been filed against a 34-year-old man involved in a shooting incident outside American Foods on Acme Street in Green Bay last week.
According to police reports, the incident began as a work dispute, as two women were arguing over a job late last Thursday evening outside the business.
The fight became physical, and the women reportedly bit each other.
A man drove his car up and got involved in the fight before another man later identified as Tommy Cross, drove up in his vehicle.
Cross’s wife was reportedly involved in the fight. Cross reportedly hit the other man with his car, before the man pointed a gun at him.
That’s when Cross accelerated at full throttle, pinning the man between their cars.
The other man fired his gun, striking Cross in the shoulder.
The man who was struck by the car had his leg partially amputated but is going to survive. It does not appear that Cross was critically injured.
Cross is being held on a $5,000 cash bond in the Brown County Jail.
