As the weather continues to get warmer, many people are starting to dust off their boats, water tubes, and jet skis.
While there is nothing wrong with having a fun day on the water, the Sheboygan Police Department is reminding those who have jet skis or other personal watercraft that there is a city ordinance regarding how they can be launched.
According to a news release, Jet skis cannot be launched on the beachfront, but rather must be launched at an approved city boat launch area.
