The Green Bay location of a national meatpacking company will not be in operation today, as JBS USA has confirmed that they were targeted with a cybersecurity attack.
According to company officials, they became aware of the attack on Sunday and announced Monday that the attack affected their support servers in North America and Australia.
The company is currently working with an incident response firm to fix the issue.
It is not clear at this time if any customer, supplier, or employee data has been compromised, nor if the Green Bay closure was a direct result of the cybersecurity attack.
