There are a pair of meetings scheduled to kick off the month of June in Manitowoc.
First up will be the Building Board of Appeals, who will convene at 2:00 PM in the First Floor Conference Room in City Hall. They will discuss a couple of appeals regarding requests to exceed the maximum square footage area of a detached accessory to a structure.
Then at 5:30 PM, the Finance Committee will occupy the Council Chambers, where they will allow the public time to voice their comments.
They will then discuss a potential land purchase that would expand the I-TEC Park, before looking over a resolution to authorize the land sales previously approved by the City Council and the Industrial Development Corporation.
Another item on the Finance Committee’s agenda is looking over a recommendation to spend $85,000 to repair the Magnolia Avenue Wall.
