A five-month-old infant is dead, and the Fond du Lac County Sheriff’s Department is trying to figure out what happened.
All we know at this point is that emergency crews were dispatched to a home at N10198 Gulig Road in the Township of Calumet at around 8:30 AM on Monday (May 31st) on a report of an infant who was unresponsive and not breathing.
The dispatcher gave the caller instructions for CPR over the phone, but they were unsuccessful.
The Sheriff’s Department, which is being assisted by the Fond du Lac County Medical Examiner’s Office, has stated that no additional information is being released at this time.
