Charges have now been filed against two Sturgeon Bay men in connection to an overdose death that occurred back in February.
29-year-old John Jacob Mosgrove and 32-year-old Alexander George Hudson have both been charged with 1st Degree Reckless Homicide/Deliver Drugs as a party to a crime.
Police were called to a home on a report of an unresponsive man on February 22nd.
The officers attempted life-saving measures, but he did eventually pass away.
The autopsy revealed the man died of an overdose of Fentanyl, which investigators determined was delivered by Mosgrove and Hudson.
Mosgrove had his bail set at $100,000 cash, while Hudson was given a $2,000 cash bond.
