A 46-year-old Oconto Falls man has been sentenced in the homicide that occurred in an Ashwaubenon hotel last year.
Dennis Sutrick will spend the next 40 years in prison, followed by 15 years of extended supervision after being found guilty due to a no-contest plea on a reduced charge of First Degree Reckless Homicide.
Police were called to the Motel 6 on Ramada Way in Ashwaubenon on August 28th to investigate a 54-year-old woman who was injured in a bathtub.
She died at a local hospital a couple of days later due to a blunt force injury to the head.
Sutrick initially denied being involved in her death but changed his story multiple times.
