A 33-year-old Green Bay man has been ordered to stand trial in connection to a drug overdose death case from last year.
Alex Kotecki is facing a charge of First-Degree Reckless Homicide as he allegedly delivered the drugs that killed 28-year-old Kolin Hughes.
Hughes was found dead in his home by his brother on November 3rd of last year.
Text messages between Hughes and Kotecki lead to his arrest.
A Judge determined earlier this week that there was enough evidence to bring the case to trial, and Kotecki will enter his plea on June 15th.
If found guilty, Kotecki could spend as many as 40-years-in prison.
