There is only one meeting scheduled this evening in the City of Two Rivers.
The Business Industrial Development Committee and the Community Development Authority will be holding a joint meeting at 5:51 PM in the Council Chambers in City Hall.
They will start by electing a President, Vice President, and Secretary/Treasurer for the BIDC, and a Chair, Vice-Chair, and Secretary/Treasurer for the CDA.
Then, the groups will receive an update on the status of a project at 1509 Washington Street before entering a closed session. In that closed session, the groups will look over an offer on Lot 8 Block 3 in the Sandy Bay Highlands and will get an update on the Paragon Partners Property.
