Bail has been set for 19-year-old Joshua I. Walcott is charged with 1st Degree Intentional Homicide by Use of a Firearm in the Monday night death of a 17-year-old Manitowoc teen in Two Rivers.
Bail is set at $250,000 as Walcott remains at the Manitowoc County Jail waiting for his hearing on Monday, May 24th at 1:30 PM.
Five other people suspected to have played a part in the murder are Malik Thomson, Todd Mueller, Rodney Anderson Jr., Kaden Jones, and William Lowe.
During the investigation, the Two Rivers Police Department has uncovered cases of child neglect and animal neglect at the location of the incident. More information to come.
