
An investigation is now underway after a 60-year-old man was shot with a BB gun in Oshkosh.
Police were dispatched to a report of a potential gunshot victim in the 3000 block of North Main Street at around 2:30 PM yesterday (May 17th).
When they arrived, they learned that several people had been involved in a physical altercation, and a gun was fired.
However it was not a normal gun, it was a BB gun, and the victim had to be treated for injuries at a local hospital.
Police are not aware of any other weapons being used during the skirmish.
