A 17-year-old boy awaiting trial for a 2019 shooting in Green Bay is now finding himself in even more trouble.
Shaquille Hamilton is scheduled to stand trial in June for the September 2019 shooting of Davon Smith.
He is already facing a charge of Attempted First-Degree Intentional Homicide, but now also faces a charge of Felony Intimidation of a Witness after he called his brother and asked him to text a witness in his case.
Hamilton’s brother reportedly told a witness to “get amnesia” and “death before dishonor”
Hamilton is being tried as an adult in the case, as is the standard in state statutes.
