The beloved Manitowoc pizza place established in 1957 has announced the opening of a second location, this time in Two Rivers.
In a press release from today (Thursday), brothers and owners of Pizza Garden Steve and Dan Diederichs have declared their expansion along the lakeshore.
The new facility is the formerly occupied Luigi’s restaurant on 22nd Street. Pizza Garden is currently looking to employ an additional 12 to 15 staff members for the Two Rivers location.
Steve Diedrichs says, “People have often asked us to deliver our pizzas to Two Rivers. …We’re looking forward to serving the Two Rivers community our finest and freshest menu.”
“We hope to be as successful as Luigi’s was in this location,” Dan Diedrichs adds. “We grew up on the tradition of picking up Pizza Garden for special occasions, and look forward to offering not only the menu classics but also our evolved menu offerings such as taco pizza and crab rangoon pizza.”
An opening date has not yet been announced.
