Jared Williquette
One of the four men charged in a 2019 robbery/murder case has been found guilty.
23-year-old Jared Willquette was convicted on charges of 2nd Degree Reckless Homicide and Conspiracy to Commit Armed Robbery in the case where he and three other men met with Federico Abarca to buy THC vape cartridges.
Once Abarca got out of his vehicle, Willquette pulled a gun that belonged to his father and told him that they were robbing him.
Abarca reportedly lunged at Willquette, causing him to fire the gun, which resulted in Abarca’s death.
Another defendant in the case, 20-year-old Colton Kehoe pleaded no-contest last July, while 20-year-old Gavin Rock and 22-year-old Jarid Stevens are due in court next week.
