A tentative December trial date has been set for a teenager accused of killing a man at Fox River Mall.
Jovanni Frausto was shot to death on January 31st during an argument about a girlfriend.
17-year-old Dezman Ellis was arrested for the murder and is also charged with shooting a bystander during the incident.
The trial date could wind up being moved because Outagamie County prosecutors have another trial set for late November. If there is no plea in that case, there wouldn’t be time for prosecutors to prepare for Ellis’ trial.
Ellis faces a charge of first-degree intentional homicide.
