With help from the Metro Drug Unit, watched at the two men that were in the vehicle walked back to the gas station, and were picked up by another individual.
The officer pulled the vehicle over as he saw that the passenger did not have his seatbelt on, and conducted a search of the three men.
One of the men was found to be in possession of a glass smoking device, a vaping device with THC in it, and several baggies of drugs in an Altoid tin.
The two other men were released, but the 38-year-old was charged with Possession of Fentanyl, Methamphetamine, THC, and Drug Paraphernalia.
