The public libraries in Manitowoc and Two Rivers are both now open to the public.
While the Manitowoc Public Library has been open in some capacity since February 17th, the Lester Public Library re-opened their doors yesterday for the first time in nearly a year, and are now open from 10:00 to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday and 10:00 to 2:00 PM on Saturday.
Officials are requiring masks and social distancing at both locations.
There is some more news from MPL, as the Board approved that as of June 1st, the Library will be returning to their pre-COVID hours. On that date, they will be open from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM Monday through Thursday and 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM on Friday. Weekends will remain at the reduced hours for the time being.
