A Manitowoc woman was arrested after she reportedly got drunk and failed to watch after he child at a park.
An officer was dispatched to Lincolnshire Park, located in the 2000 block of Richmond Avenue, at around 2:30 PM on Friday (April 30th) on a report of an incoherent woman.
The woman was reportedly passed out on a bench and was slow to respond when she was confronted by citizens.
The officer spoke with the woman, who admitted to drinking wine and that she was supposed to be watching three children, one of which was in a stroller.
The 38-year-old woman was arrested and charged with three counts of Neglecting a Child Under the Age of Six.
