Traffic on Manitowoc’s near southside, near the post office, was blocked for several hours early yesterday afternoon (April 28th) according to city police.
Lieutenant Robert Arps told Seehafer News that a loaded trailer had broken in half in the roadway on South Water Street.
The mishap resulted in a street closure between Franklin and S. 13th Streets.
Following cleanup at the scene, the roadway had been reopened by about 3:45 PM
