Those of you who have driven in downtown Manitowoc this week have likely noticed construction workers at the corner of North 8thth Street and Maritime Drive.
Greg Minikel, the Engineering Office Division Manager for the City, has released information about that project.
He said in an email to Seehafer News, the northbound lane of North 8th Street was been closed since Monday for the reconstruction of the right turn lane onto Maritime Drive and various improvements to the green space and park space area on the southeast corner of N. 10th and Maritime Drive.
It is anticipated that the project will be completed and all lanes of traffic reopened on or before June 18th.
