A garage fire in Green Bay yesterday afternoon has left five people without a home.
The Green Bay Metro Fire Department was informed of the blaze in the 1000 block of Hayrman Street at around 4:00 PM.
When they arrived, crews found the fire in the garage, with heavy smoke emitting from the home as well.
They were able to attack the blaze from outside before entering the structure to completely extinguish the flames.
The garage has been ruled a total loss, while the home suffered heavy damage as well, $175,000 in total.
No injuries were reported.
