Two men accused of stealing from the Manitowoc Fleet Farm over the weekend remain in the County Jail on Probation Holds and are facing numerous drug-related charges.
37-year-old Cory R. Hawpetoss of Two Rivers and 19-year-old Trevor J. Chapelski-Garrison of Manitowoc are charged with Possession of a Schedule Two Narcotic as a Repeater, a Schedule Four Drug, Drug Paraphernalia, and Methamphetamine with Intent to Deliver.
Hawpetoss faces separate charges of Retail Theft and Two Counts of Felony Bail Jumping while Chapelski-Garrison has an added charge of Obstructing an Officer.
Officers were dispatched to the store and located the two suspects in a vehicle in the parking lot.
After a weapon was seen both men were asked to exit the vehicle and detained.
Several different drugs along with some drug paraphernalia were located in the vehicle and they were taken into custody without incident.
Both defendants are due back in court on May 17th for initial appearances.
