
Two men facing charges after visiting a known drug house last week in Manitowoc appeared for bail hearings yesterday.
23-year-old Raquanne A. Stevens is charged with Possession of Methamphetamine with a Habitual Criminality Enhancer along with five felony counts of Bail Jumping and a single Count of Misdemeanor Bail Jumping while 18-year-old Chase A. Neuman faces charges of Possession of Methamphetamine and another Schedule Drug as well as one felony and two misdemeanor counts of bail jumping.
An MTPD Officer saw a vehicle parked in the 900 block of South 19th Street across from the residence and saw the two suspects approach the home then leave shortly after. A traffic stop was performed and methamphetamine was discovered inside the vehicle while Neuman had three separate warrants out for his arrest.
Both men remain in the County Jail on Probation holds with Neuman due back in court for an initial appearance May 3rd. Stevens’ initial appearance is scheduled for May 17th.
