
Two men were arrested in Manitowoc last Friday (April 23rd) after they visited a known drug house.
An officer on patrol in that 900 block of South 19th Street saw a vehicle parked across the street from the known drug house and watched as two men approached the home at around 4:15 AM, and left a couple of minutes later.
The officer conducted a traffic stop on the vehicle, and an 18-year-old passenger in the vehicle was found to have three warrants out for his arrest. Methamphetamine was found in the vehicle, which led to the arrest of the two men.
The 23-year-old driver of the vehicle was charged with Possession of Methamphetamine with a Habitual Criminality Enhancer, as well as five Felony counts of Bail Jumping and 1 Misdemeanor.
The 18-year-old was charged with Possession of Methamphetamine and an Other Schedule Drug, as well as one Felony and two Misdemeanor counts of Bail Jumping.
