A Manitowoc man is facing drug charges after he called the police to a bar in Manitowoc.
The man told police dispatch that his friend was beaten up at Glenns Bar, located in the 800 block of South 15th Street at around 10:45 PM on Sunday (April 25th).
When the officers went to speak with the 51-year-old man, they saw him throw a bag under a nearby car. When officers looked in the bag, they found three marijuana joints and two containers of wrapping papers.
He was then arrested on charges of Felony Possession of THC, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
