A student at Manitowoc Lincoln High School was taken into police custody after they were found with a gun.
According to a letter that was sent to parents at the school, students and staff went into a hold at approximately 12:50 PM yesterday (April 22nd) after an altercation occurred just west of the school grounds.
The School Resource Officer and school administrators were able to detain the students involved, and one was found to be in possession of a handgun.
That student was then arrested by the Manitowoc Police Department.
We have not received any word on who this individual was, and what charges they are facing.
