A Manitowoc woman is facing charges after she allegedly drunkenly attacked her boyfriend.
Officers were sent to an apartment in the 400 block of North 6th Street after dispatch received a disturbance call.
The female who called the police claimed her boyfriend had attacked her, but the man told a different story.
He said that the duo had been out drinking with some friends, but he left when the woman began drinking heavily.
He then said that the woman went to his home, pushed her way into the apartment, and began punching him.
The man had visible injuries that confirmed his story, so the woman was arrested on charges of Battery and Disorderly Conduct, each with a Domestic Violence enhancer.
