It was determined today that Manitowoc Lincoln has the ‘2’-seed in the upcoming WIAA State Girls Volleyball Tournament.
The Ships have a 15-and-1 record after capturing the Sectional title with a four-set win over top-seeded Oshkosh West last night. Earlier Tuesday, they swept the 3-seed, Whitewater.
Now, Lincoln will meet the 3-seed among the Final-4, the Sun Prairie Cardinals in a state semifinal at Kettle Moraine tomorrow afternoon at 4:15 PM.
The second match at 7:00 PM pits #1 seeded Appleton North against the 4-seed, McFarland. Tickets will be available through an online process only.
The two winners at Kettle Moraine advance to the State Final at Kaukauna Saturday night at 7:00 PM.
