Manitowoc Lincoln is one of the Final-4 teams in the WIAA State Division-1 Girls Volleyball Tournament.
Last night, the Ships outlasted top-seeded Oshkosh West in 4-sets on the Wildcats home court to capture the Sectional crown. Lincoln prevailed in the title match: 25-15, 16-25, 25-18, and 25-19.
Mary Beth Dixon’s squad won their semifinal match earlier in the day in 3-sets against Whitewater at Oshkosh North, while the host Wildcats also swept Racine Case.
The other 3 Sectional champions were Appleton North, Sun Prairie, and McFarland.
Pairings & locations for Thursday’s state semifinals will be determined later this morning (April 14th) after a seeding meeting is held.
The state finals are in Kaukauna Saturday night.
