
Manitowoc County Court Commissioner Patricia Koppa set bail at $300 cash for a 31-year-old Manitowoc woman facing drug charges and allegedly flooding her hotel room.
April M. Huchthausen is charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance on or near certain places, Possession of another schedule Drug, Misdemeanor Bail Jumping, and Four Counts of Felony Bail Jumping.
Officers responded to the Harbor Town Inn late Tuesday morning for a woman acting “erratically” who also flooded the bathroom in her room and staff asked that Huchthausen be removed from the property.
A search of the room uncovered the Schedule Three Drug known as Suboxone and the Manitowoc woman was taken into custody. The lone condition of bail is that she maintains “absolute sobriety.”
She remains in the County Jail with an initial appearance scheduled for April 19th at 1:30 p.m.
