A Green Bay man has been arrested after he allegedly attempted to shoot a woman in the face with a shotgun.
The incident occurred on Sunday morning (April 11th), with the victim telling police that 41-year-old Marvin Davis had come home after a night of drinking, and the two got into an argument. Davis then went to the side of the bed, grabbed a shotgun, pointed it at her, and pulled the trigger.
While the blast did not hit her directly, the victim did receive injuries to her face, as she gabbed her child and fled the home.
Davis was taken into custody without incident and was charged with Attempted First Degree Intentional Homicide by Use of a Dangerous Weapon, Endangering Safety by Use of a Dangerous Weapon, and Being in Possession of a Firearm while Intoxicated.
