Bail was set at $20,000 cash yesterday for a 27-year-old man accused of stabbing two people in the Village of Reedsville Sunday.
Jesus Sanchez-Delgadillo is charged with two counts of Substantial Battery with more charges pending.
Court Commissioner Patricia Koppa had set bail at $3,000 cash, however, the State asked for a review of that amount, and Manitowoc Circuit Court Judge Mark Rohrer modified bail to its current amount.
Sheriff Dan Hartwig told Seehafer News, Sanchez-Delgadillo of Reedsville went to an apartment in the 500 block of Menasha Street around 3:00 PM. Sanchez-Delgadillo reportedly became upset with two people there and stabbed them with a pocket knife.
A 25-year old Brillion man and a 26-year old Reedsville woman were taken by ambulance to Aurora Bay Care for treatment of their wounds while the suspect was held by Green Bay police, interviewed, and then arrested.
Names of the victims and other information are not being released at this time as the incident remains under investigation.
Conditions of bail are that Sanchez-Delgadillo possess no weapons, have no contact with the victims or residences they occupy, have no contact with his or the victim’s children, and maintain absolute sobriety.
He remains in the County Jail with his initial appearance scheduled for April 19th.
